You're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

We understand that design needs can fluctuate, especially around proposal cycles. If you don’t need ongoing design support for a period of time, you can pause your subscription at any point.

Billing is based on a monthly cycle. When you pause, your billing stops and any remaining time on your subscription is saved. You can resume your plan later and pick up right where you left off, using the remaining time when new design needs arise.

This allows you to scale design support up during busy proposal periods and pause when things slow down...without losing value or committing to continuous billing.

Larger requests are broken into phases and completed over multiple delivery cycles. Once we align on your timeframe and due date, you’ll receive consistent progress updates every 24–48 hours until the project is finished.

No problem! We’ll revise the design based on your feedback until it meets your expectations. Our process is collaborative, and revisions are included to ensure the final result aligns with your brand, requirements, and goals.

New subscriptions include a 7-day grace period. Refunds may be requested within this window if work has not yet been delivered.

Once work has begun or the grace period has passed, refunds are not offered. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
